Mumbai, Sep 15, 2021:
Sundaram Mutual, which had been conducting health camps for its distribution partners since 2016, has now revived and relaunched the same after a short break due to the logistical challenges posed by the pandemic.
Branded 'Sundaram Sanjeevani', the program focusses on carrying out a comprehensive health checkup at 80 plus locations across the country. Sundaram has tied up with multiple service providers for conducting these health camps so that they can cater to key partners in each of their office locations.
The genesis of this initiative arises from the undeniable fact that 'Health is Wealth'. While distribution partners slog it out day and night in their endeavour to improve the financial wellbeing of their clients, very often this comes with the risk of not having enough time to take care of their own health.
By organizing these health check-up camps, Sundaram would like to ensure that each of their key partners gets a regular health check-up to facilitate early diagnosis and initiate prompt corrective action. This would go a long way to ensuring that their client relationships can continue to get their full focus and attention without adverse long-term impact on the partner's health.
For Sundaram Mutual, this initiative is in consonance with the Sundaram Finance Group's value system which underlines the strong belief that an organization's strength lies in its people, and distribution partners have always been viewed as an integral part of the team.
On the launch of the initiative, Mr. Sunil Subramaniam, Managing Director, Sundaram Mutual said, "Sundaram Mutual had been conducting health camps for our MFDs for several years, we now bring Sundaram Sanjeevani, an expanded and enriched effort to ensure the continued well-being of our partners across the length and breadth of the country. The decision to brand this as 'Sanjeevani' comes from the fact that it is a deep-rooted concept in the Indian medicinal and wellness system with a strong cultural and mythological connect. We request our partners to put their ‘Health First’ and take full advantage of this program."
